Com usar les noves funcionalitats?

Elephant AI proporciona dues interfícies ben diferenciades:

• el Xat IA, on els usuaris poden preguntar respecte al contingut de la web, projectes (si n'hi ha), socis i socis tecnològics (incloent-hi els sectors i especialitats) i qualsevol contingut específic no publicat a la web.
• el Creador IA, on els usuaris poden generar, millorar, traduir o estendre continguts.

El Xat IA

L'accés al xat és controlat per permisos, els administradors decideixen si el podran utilitzar visitants, usuaris autenticats o usuaris amb rols específics.

Les funcionalitats del xat són:

• Recollir dades en llenguatge natural, i respondre en el llenguatge de l'usuari.
• Usar les pàgines configurades com a contingut per a la IA, siguin o no públiques.
• Usar dades en-viu de projectes, contactes, taulell d'anuncis i publicacions, segons la configuració escollida.
• Restringir les preguntes al context configurat. Qualsevol altre pregunta fora de context no es respondrà, avisant l'usuari del motiu.
• Configurar l'accés al xat, sigui des del menú d'usuari, o amb un botó fixat a totes les pàgines.

El Creador IA

L'accés al creador és controlat per permisos, els administradors decideixen si el podran utilitzar visitants, usuaris autenticats o usuaris amb rols específics.

Les funcionalitats del creador són:

• Usar el text dels camps d'edició i:
• generar contingut.
• millorar el contingut existent.
• traduir el contingut a qualsevol llenguatge.
• estendre o sintetitzar el contingut.

A lot of work has been going on this 2024, including improvements, new features and the first steps of a new project. To mention some, Elephant Microservices has reached the mature status, and the foundation of the Alliance project. New script capabilities and more security levels when using JavaScript and the new Gremlin integration. Elephant Configurator added new functionality, like generating CSS stylesheets and Freemarker macros, based on appearance configuration. Elephant Security was enhanced with the addition of new fuzzy roles and superusers, integrated with a uniform scripting syntax. Elephant Wiki reached production status and added compilation time macros, with easy creation of complex components and effects. New Login widgets give a taste of a social network to the whole.

Probably, the most outstanding additions are the TinkerPop integration and the new layers to Elephant Security Locks. Read more to give a look to both, and see some examples of the rest

Spring will be full of activity for the Elephant library. Some big changes are coming soon, and some quite surprising. Let's review what to expect.

From discovering new functionality, to creating new features

Visual elements and Concept permissions have proven their value while discovering new functionality. Their versatility when creating templates has allowed to abstract from code, and concentrate on elements and their permissions. Both include Scripting and Actors to enforce entity related permissions.

What now then? The scripts are moving to configuration! Final users will be able to create their own visuals by simply configuring actors for featured actions. The importance of this lies on using a simple configuration to control both, permissions and scope of these permissions.

EWiki substituting Wiki as the new standard

The new wiki editor will help users with the creation of the new set of wmacros. From an easy selectable, to the creation of new elements. Banners, strips, cards, tables, messages, toasts, labels and more. Along with their variations, solid, fluid, effects...

Creating rich documentation, land pages, easy-to-read text will much easier.

EWiki also uses the Colors API, to facilitate the creation of readable strips.

Text, images, videos, icons, emojis, rich templates... be ready!

Profile suggestions

Despite being possible to create a contact network, it wasn't enforced. And this is about to change!

The profile will be able to suggest users to engage in new relations, while acquiring permissions. Professionals, docents, students, HHRR?

All coordinated with the Directories, allowing to choose who is in your network, and who is not.

Alliance allowed

The new Elephant Alliance will fully accept contact profile preferences. Contact, company or learning center will be part of all the alliance servers your site is part of. Do it once, get it everywhere.

Privacy in mind

As in previous versions, privacy is important and the whole system respect this. By default, everything is private, until you decide which parts you want published. And thanks to the new configuration, administrators will be able to easily publish, depending on user permissions, application-wide or entity-specific.

La part dedicada a la recerca de talent, principalment el mòdul BS Students, porta en producció uns tres anys, recavant respostes d'estudiants a reptes llençats des de projectes o categories de talent. Els contactes dins el concepte Networking poden consultar les respostes, valorar-les i fer seguiment dels interessos de l'estudiant. Els estudiants, a més de respondre reptes i participar en projectes, poden pujar documentació pública en el seu perfil d'estudiant. El conjunt, permet connectar el món empresarial amb potencial/futurs membres del sector, sigui quin sigui.

Alliance, la supra-plataforma

La finalitat d'Elephant Alliance és crear un espai compatible amb serveis BaaS individuals, on els membres poden compartir projectes, reptes, subvencions i directoris. Cadascun dels membres pot publicar a Alliance el contingut individual que desitgi, donant llibertat per tenir espais privats, públics o supra-públics.

Dins els projectes estatals i autonòmics, ECOMOB i MOVEM, els clústers de mobilitat de l'estat i catalans comparteixen un espai on crear consorcis, captar nou talent i mantenir una relació continuada, sense haver de duplicar feina.

Orientat a qualsevol sector

Les bases de BS Dossiers i Elephant Students no fan distinció respecte al sector on treballen.

BS Contacts permet crear sectors i especialitats per a qualsevol empresa, sent automantingut per la mateixa empresa. El mateix passa amb els contactes que en són usuaris, el seu perfil i rol són automantinguts, amb una simple acceptació per part dels administradors.

BS Attachments, la base documental, s'adapta a necessitats concretes, com l'espai on es guarda, la privacitat segons qui consulta, i capacitats com peticions de descàrrega i marques d'aigua.

I sense cap límit ni quota per usuari. Codi font obert, seguint els estàndards OSI, i amb tot inclòs out-of-the-box.
