Everything started as a Resource Planning feature. Human resources could be operators from external providers, owning aptitudes as normal human resources do. Financials came in help providing contract interventions and yes, you guess it, one of them was the operator intervention. But, why stop it there? As if in a feverish interventionism, we added titulars, usufructuaries, legal representatives and others. So, did we stop then? No!

New in BrightSide Financials 1.3.1, contract interventions can see contract related documents in a document statement view and print them at will. Future aims to Financials sending emails to those interested in new documents, and the possibilty to print or download the auto-generated PDF. Kind of document self-service, don't you think?

Insisting in the BrightSide Workbench relying on the Internet, new features extend the capability of comunicating, this time with contract-related documents like invoices, bills, purchase orders, etc. Just making life easier for the enterprise.
